Girls Basketball Wins BRAC Championship

Miller School’s girls basketball team closed out conference play with a decisive win over Carlisle in the BRAC Championship on Saturday, February 21. Powered by a deep, young roster and a disciplined defensive effort, the Mavericks controlled the game from start to finish.

Four Mavericks earned Second Team All-Conference honors this season: Kaileen Harlow, Parker Braxton, Valerie Swanson, and Ruby Goodhart, a reflection of the team’s balance and consistency throughout the winter.

With the conference title secured, the Mavericks now turn their attention to the VISAA State Tournament next week, where they will look to carry that same focus into another championship run.
