QUESTIONNAIRES FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS

A part of our admissions process is getting to know the applicant and his or her family. Please read through the questionnaire sections of the application, and respond to the questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. This part of the application helps us know how we can best serve your child and allows us an authentic look into why your child is applying to MSA.

CAMPUS VISIT & INTERVIEW

We look forward to sharing more about our community and campus with your family! Contact our Admissions Office today to find a day and time that works for a campus visit. If you are unable to visit our campus in-person, we invite you to take part in a virtual interview and tour of campus.

SCHOOL RECORDS

Submit transcript(s), attendance records, and student conduct records. These may be uploaded by the family or the school directly to the application. These records may also be sent directly to Assistant Director of Admissions, Stephanie Crosby, at scrosby@millerschool.org.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Submit three (3) teacher recommendations: English, Math, School Report Form (Assistant Principal/Counselor). Recommendations are available directly through the application portal. They are distributed to the appropriate teachers online, and those teachers submit the completed recommendations electronically. Please follow up with the teacher whom you are requesting a recommendation from to ensure that they received the email.

STANDARDIZED TESTING

MSA is test optional for domestic students for the 2024-2025 school year. However, if your child has already taken the SSAT or another standardized assessment (i.e. SOL, PSAT), please submit those scores for review in the application or to Assistant Director of Admissions, Stephanie Crosby, at scrosby@millerschool.org. International students must submit the TOEFL, TOEFL Junior, or Duolingo English Test.
