Wahoo! 3 MSA Students Accepted #UVA22

Three MSA seniors were accepted to the University of Virginia in the highly competitive early action application process. Nate Cantu, Kewei Li, and Rebecca Zhao were among the 21,537 students from around globe who applied to Mr. Jefferson's University early action. Out of this record number of applicants, UVA offered admission to 6,000 students--an offer rate of 27.8 percent.

Applications to UVA come from around the country and world. This year, 37,188 students have applied from all 50 states and 147 countries. Of these applicants, roughly 10% will enroll as members of the class of 2022 in the fall.

MSA's three Mavericks who were accepted have been leaders on the Hill over the past four years. Each has excelled in academics as well as athletics and extracurricular activities.

MSA seniors who did not apply during early action will hear from UVA's admission office on April 1.
