Awards Ceremony

The 2022 Miller School of Albemarle Awards Ceremony was held on Wednesday, May 25 in the Bull Ring—the field between Old Main and the Bell Tower of Caton Hall. Student achievement was recognized in a wide variety of academic and special awards.

In addition to subject-area awards and top-of-the-class awards, students were selected for a variety of prestigious awards given each year in honor of past teachers, the alumni association, and local organizations.

Hamp Kennedy became the one of the world’s experts on the history of crayfish in Montana. He was hired by the U.S. Forest Service to explore historical records to uncover long unanswered questions about the introduction of crayfish to the Treasure State.
