MSA’s Performing Arts Department delivered an amazing performance of John Cariani’s critically acclaimed play, Almost, Maine. Students captured the emotions of characters in a play with nine short stories that explore love and loss in a mythical town called Almost, Maine.
English teacher Ms. Dana Ainsworth directed a cast of experienced and novice actors. Lead MSA performers Sicily Hawley-Hayes, Brendan Miller, and Ainsley Hanson helped introduce a new cast of actors to the MSA stage. These new actors included Jean Paul-Dorion, Aiden McPherson, Sophia McClung, Amelia McKee, Chloe Sable, and Nicholas Achenbach. The set was designed and built by Khue Pham.
Audiences were delighted by the three performances in the Chapel. From set design and lighting to acting and directing, the Performing Arts department produced romantic comedy at its best.
