Fall sports award winners take a moment for a group photograph.

 

Student were recognized in a school-wide fall sports awards ceremony on Wednesday, November 13. Coaches gave out MVP, Most Improved, and Coach’s Award medals to students. In addition, coaches delivered short speeches about each student-athlete who received an award.

Amelia McKee (Most Distinguished), Brendan Miller (Director’s Award), and Nicholas Achenbach (Most Improved) were recognized for their outstanding achievements in the drama production of Almost, Maine.

Hannia Magallanes (MVP), Jimmy Tu (MIP), Michael Mason (MVP), Julia Kwasnick (Coach’s Award), and not pictured Daniel Vargas (Coach’s Award) and Edward Chen (MVP) were recognized for their achievements during the fall cycling season.

Varsity volleyball player Chloe Sable (Coach’s Award), Ella Smith (MIP), and Jordan Melis (MVP) were recognized for their outstanding play this season.

Marwan Wakur (MVP), Jean-Paul Dorion (Coach’s), and Malone Hemsley (MIP) were recognized as leaders on the varsity boys soccer team.

Brandon Galvin (Coach’s Award), Ainsley Hanson (MVP), and not pictured Talia Prosper (MIP) led the equestrian team this season.

The fall sports awards celebrates sportsmanship, grit, and teamwork of all athletes.
