Lindsay Barnes, Rick France, and Michael Drude—Great leaders of MSA’s past and present.

Reunion Weekend is a celebration of MSA’s past, present, and future. This year, festivities kicked off with a strategic planning session focused on planning for the upcoming 150th Anniversary of the founding of Miller School. For this, MSA’s 11th Head of School, Lindsay Barnes, and 13th Head of School, Rick France, and their wives, returned to campus to share their thoughts and ideas during the first Sesquicentennial luncheon. The luncheon included current faculty, staff, and students as well as alumni leaders, and other notable individuals from MSA’s past, including Catherine (Tinder) Mummau, Cheryl Bradbury, Tom Beasley, Bill Simms, Ronald North, Rodney Southall, Grace Tian, Dave Maupin, Richard Bolton and Scott McStacy.

Over 170 guests filled the Hill over the next two days as the weekend continued with dinner banquets and BBQs in the Bull Ring, tours of new and exciting programs on campus, and, of course, time at Alumni Lake. Miller Head of School, Mike Drude, gave a presentation on the State of the School and shared with alumni of every decade since 1950 plans for the future of Miller as we honor our roots during our Sesquicentennial celebration.

Ashford Reyes (Class of 2024) filmed and edited this great montage of the dinner on Saturday night. Enjoy looking back on a great weekend on the Hill with our remarkable Red Devils and Mavericks.
