Monday, May 22, 2017:

Exam Review Day for all students taking exams or cumulative tests.  This is a regular school day.

 

Tuesday, May 23, 2017:

8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.                          Breakfast

8:30 a.m. – 8:55 a.m.                          Help Session

8:55 a.m.                                       Morning Announcements via email

 

9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.                        Exam for Period A

11:45 a.m. -12:40 pm.                          Lunch  (Free Seating)  (Faculty can eat at 11:30 a.m.)

12:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.                        Exam for Period Teal

2:45 p.m. – 3:20 p.m.                          Help Session

 

Wednesday, May 24, 2017:

8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.                          Breakfast

Friday, May 26, 2017:

All students should report to the Bull Ring by 10:00 a.m. for a school-wide awards assembly.  Parents are invited to attend!  Student checkout for grades 8-11 will begin following the awards assembly (no checkouts will be done during the awards program).  Day and Boarding students need to go through the checkout procedure.  Day students should complete the checkout process today! Parents and students should report to Mrs. Cason’s office when ready to check out to get the necessary END OF THE YEAR CHECKOUT FORM TO BEGIN THE CHECKOUT PROCESS!

Saturday, May 27, 2017:

Graduation will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Bull Ring.  Seniors need to report to the Alumni Room by 9:00 a.m. Student checkouts will begin following graduation (no checkouts will be done during the graduation ceremony).  Boarding students need to go through the checkout procedure.  (Day students should have completed the process on Friday.) Parents and students should report to Mrs. Cason’s office when ready to check out to get the necessary END OF THE YEAR CHECKOUT FORM TO BEGIN THE CHECKOUT PROCESS!
